We are looking for motivated and professional front of house staff and bartenders. Candidates will be considered for the roles of waiter/waitress, head waiter, and bartender.

Mansioni:

• Welcoming customers, taking orders, and serving at tables
• Preparation and service of drinks at the bar and cocktails
• Cash management, liaising with the kitchen, and timing of service
• Setting up and tidying the dining area and bar, maintaining mise en place
• Managing reservations and service during events/special evenings

Requisiti:

• Previous experience in front of house or as a bartender/cocktail bartender (preferred)
• Good knowledge of service techniques, basic mixology and coffee making
• Good predisposition for contact with the public and ability to work in a team
• Flexibility for evening shifts, weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of a foreign language English or German (preferable)

Duties:

• Preparation and assembly of dishes according to the restaurant's recipes
• Management and cooking on the grill (meats, fish, vegetables)
• Quality control and portioning
• Cleaning and maintaining order in the kitchen area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen, preferably as a grill cook
• Knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety
• Ability to work in a team, resilience to stress during peak times
